The goal of Keystone Adventure School and Farm is to educate the whole child in a way that involves parents and children in the design and implementation of the learning process to encourage them to take ownership of their lives and education. Purposefully weaving and integrating pieces of the curriculum into units of study for the children is beneficial to all learners in the classroom environment. Keystone believes that children learn best when they are active participators in their own learning. Process learning brings a more joyful and meaningful learning experience than one driven by outcome-based learning.
